Well it seems as though I may have closed a door on one opportunity as there was a writers event up in Aberdour which I all to happily declined, why you may ask, simply because I am one of those people who tend to get over nervous about going places I have never been and it would have been too much hassle for to arrange travel, etc, etc however thanks to the wonders of email I have opened a door which I’m not really sure where it will lead to but there is no harm in checking it out to see how things go, what I’m talking about is there is a small group of people within my area that have set up something just for writers to chat and drink tea, I’ve never heard of it till recently, it’s on every Tuesday 2-4, so I’m sitting here thinking “why not, just pop along and see how it goes”, I’ll get to promote my business card, myself and my work, I will admit, I’ll be nervous nearing by next week (as I mainly confirming details about the whole thing today) but we will see. On a side note; my old blog has reached 2053 page views and this blog has reached 5194 page views. Once again a big thank you to all you nice people for visiting both blogs.
