RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGE! Usually, I don’t complain about things, I’d rather sit on the side lines and bide my time as well as my tongue but not today, I’d gladly welcome the two minute survey on customer service or rather customer satisfaction, why, mainly because of Amazon. I placed on order a while ago for DVD’s for Mike’s birthday, there wasn’t really a problem with this until I got an email saying that the item is no longer in stock and when I tried to cancel the order it says that it has already been processed but how can you process something that is out of stock? So, I sent an email to the seller asking them to cancel the order although I’ve just order 2 different DVD’S which I am hoping arrive before the 21st and they don’t suffer from this blunder otherwise I will not be back to Amazon. I can’t afford to throw money away for items that I’m not going to receive. On a side note; not only are Amazon treating their workers like rubbish but it seems they are treating the consumers with the same disregard. On a much calmer note; my old blog has reached 2,274 page views and this blog has reached 7,201 page views.
