Well, I’ve finally gotten round to writing my Screwtape letter which I will post here in just a few moments. Now for the other news: it seems that my enquiry for another admin course has born fruit, mainly in the shape of an application form, so if all goes well, I should start learn Office Administration. In the meantime; I hope I’ve not jinxed myself now.
Dear Wormtongue,
I must congratulate you on your successful temptation of your patient and I will inform you that the other tempters have been celebrating since they heard the news.
I meanwhile remain vigilant because you know as well as I do that your patient was nearly lost to the other side but you made one final push and tempted him to our cause, it seems your patient has been welcomed like a celebrity into the fold.
Now for the matter at hand, you may not be aware of this but Our God Below has been thinking upon his throne and he wants you to tempt another patient.
Like your first patient, this one will be just as difficult to convert and I am not sure if you are up to the challenge but knowing you as I do, you will more than likely say yes but I plead that you think about this offer seriously before making the commitment.
For now, I will give you some advice; please listen everything that I write in my letter’s as there is invaluable wisdom that you must teach to yourself, please don’t ever show yourself to the patient as Our God Below nearly had a fit and nearly pulled you from the mortal realm.
Also, please don’t make the same mistake twice because you may not be able to tip the balance in your favour and we will lose a valuable patient.
On that note; since Our God Below has chosen you for the task, I would advise you to take a leaf out of my book otherwise there will be hell to pay.
