Spinning

My head is spinning,

I can’t focus,

I can’t hear myself,

Think anymore,

How did this choas,

Come to be,

Has it always been there?

Everything is spinning too fast,

For me to take in,

I feel like I can’t breathe,

It’s overwhelming,

Everything stops,

The spinning ceases,

I feel calm,

In control,

How did I stop so fast?

I just took a breathe,

I looked into your eyes,

And smiled,

You centre me,

No-one else does,

This choas,

Fades,

For a while,

I dread for when,

It will return
